RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange. Orders cannot be canceled once placed and order confirmation has been received. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

High Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking numbers are provided to confirm delivery address entered for an order. High Goods is not responsible if customers submit order with incorrect shipping address information. Upon request, High Goods will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
