Processing and Handling

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing plus shipping time. We thank you for your patience and will get your order out to you as soon as we can.  

Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart, and are based on weight. A this time, we do not offer any expedited shipping services, and can only ship domestically within the U.S. We currently do not offer international shipping. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

High Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking numbers are provided to the customer's submitted email address. High Goods is not responsible if a customer submits an order with an incorrect shipping address. Upon request, High Goods will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
